“Clybourne Park” is a 2010 play that was written, produced and directed by Bruce Norris. It is a spin-off to a 1959 “A Raisin in the Sun” play by Lorraine Hansberry.
The play depicts fictional events that were set during and after the “A Raisin in the Sun” play and slightly related to the historical events that happened in Chicago City.
The pay was released on 1st February 2010 on Playwrights Horizons, in the New York City and later to other countries. Bruce won The Pulitzer Prize for Drama Award on 18th April 2011 for his “Clybourne Park” play.
