The TikTok user Nick thanked the viewers for making the video go on-trend. But, he also clearly stated that it cost him his job. In fact, Nick is a worker in a restaurant.
Though Nick did not expose the name of the restaurant he has worked in, however, he revealed that he was working a double shift and during his lunch break, he met Osteen.
As per online sources, Joel Osteen harassed Nick’s employer to fire the latter. On the other hand, Joel’s spokesperson denied all those allegations stating that the pastor had no idea about this and has no hand in the TikTok user’s termination.
Following the TikTok video which has instantly gone viral, while some viewers praised Nick for his courageous move while some took the side of Joel. Nick’s supporters also initiated to create a GoFundMe account for his recent unemployment.
