The cops have cleared 11,601 forthcoming challans and paid a fine measure of Rs 28,85,640 to the traffic police, said Joint Chief of Police, Traffic, Hyderabad, A. V. Ranganath.

A Twitter client composed that DGP Telangana’s police vehicle (No TS09PA 1234) is having challans of Rs 7,000 forthcoming throughout the previous two years. He likewise posted that while traffic police are demanding challans against residents and gathering fines, the challans on DGP’s vehicle stayed forthcoming.
At this, the Joint Magistrate explained that every one of the vehicles in Telangana Police are enlisted for the sake of the DGP.
On the vehicle referenced in the tweet, he said it had seven forthcoming challans the fine measure of Rs 6,945 and it has proactively been paid by the cop concerned.
He brought up that even the TSRTC is consistently fined and they had cleaned up all the forthcoming challans in April 2022 by paying Rs 15 lakh.
“Hyderabad Traffic Police is authorizing traffic rules/fines with no exemption by stringently keeping the guideline of regulation.
