Ladarius Hardy is currently serving his jail time at the Telfair State Prison on Long Bridge Road in Helena, Telfair County in Georgia. 

After being convicted for the murder of Terry Porter, he was given a total jail time of 25 plus years. According to various law authorities, there were a few complexities during the building of the case. 

He was 31 years of age during the time of incarceration. 

Nonetheless, Ladarius Hardy was convicted and incarcerated for more than 25 years in prison. He is still serving his sentence.
