The report says that last May, Mosey was served with a pre-trial protection order. This prohibited him from getting within 500 feet of his alleged victim.
Followingly, the court also filed band Mosey for possessing any kind of firearm and having a handgun license. The court also asked him to currently any firearms to the Police department.
