Who is Enzo in Game of Thrones? What else has Enzo Cilenti been in?

In Game of Thrones season 5, Yezzan is present at an impromptu slave auction of Maliko. He purchases Jorah Mormont for use in the recently reopened fighting pits. When Tyrion demands to be bought as well, Yezzan is uninterested in Tyrion’s claims that he and Jorah are a team. He changes his mind when Tyrion savagely beats the slaver holding his chain, and pays for him, agreeing with Malko’s assertion that Tyrion is “funny”.

When Tyrion suggests that he and Jorah be paid for their labor to avoid the Queen’s ire for practicing slavery, Yezzan hits Tyrion and tosses him a single coin, teasing that it should last the rest of his life. Later, at one of the “lower” pits, Yezzan addresses his fighters and announces that those who survive the day will fight at the  Great Pit of Daznak.

Yezzan is shocked to see that Daenerys and Hizdahr zo Loraq themselves are present and hastily has his gladiators dedicate their skills to them. Yezzan is later knocked down by Jorah, who emerges from the dungeon early in a desperate attempt to reach the queen.

Later, he is still at the pit observing two of his warriors when Jorah returns from Meereen, seeking “employment” from the slaver again as a gladiator fighting in Yezzan’s name and even throwing to the slaver a coin as payment.

Thinking it over, Yezzan, who has yet to let Jorah’s earlier assault on him slide, wonders why he didn’t just leave as Jorah was now free to find “saner occupations”, Jorah alludes that he’d be better off “with the devil he knows than one he doesn’t” and then asks Yezzan to allow him to fight in the pit in front of the queen, and that if he wins, Yezzan will be allowed to sell Jorah.

Who is Enzo in Game of Thrones?

In the Game of Thrones, Enzo plays the character of Yezzan zo Qaggaz. He is a slave trader from the city of Yunkai, on the coast of Slaver’s Bay. Yezzan zo Qaggaz is an extremely wealthy slave trader and is one of the Wise Masters from Yunkai. He is said to be the richest man in the Yellow City and has great influence because of this.

From Sansa’s horrifying rape to Jaime’s secret mission in Dorne, the TV series has been taking the characters in a very different direction from the original A Song of Ice and Fire novels.

So it should come as no surprise to fans of the novels that one of the more colorful characters from the books has been radically changed for the HBO drama.

Yezzan has yellow eyes and is so morbidly obese he can no longer stand, and is described as being large enough to make four of Illyrio Mopatis. He is sickly, and cannot hold his water, and so always smells of urine that even perfume cannot hide. He wears yellow silk tokars with gold fringe. He is obsessed with grotesques, and often purchases slaves with physical deformities to add to his “collection”. He owns a boy with hairy, deformed legs resembling a goat’s legs, a bearded woman, a feeble-minded two-headed girl from Mantarys, and a hermaphrodite named Sweets.
While overweight, he is still shrewd and intelligent, a trait some of the other Wise Masters don’t share.
Tyrion Lannister and several of his other slaves believe Yezzan to be “not that bad” compared to some of the other slaves. He treats his slaves well, as long as they obey and cause no trouble, and his slaves are usually well-fed and looked after.
According to Sweets, Yezzan contracted some disease ten years ago while in Sothoryos, and has been dying ever since, “rotting from the inside out”. If anyone makes him forget this even for a little while, they are well rewarded by him.
A Dance with Dragons
Members of the Windblown, a sellsword company that is hired by Yunkai, mock him as the “Yellow Whale”.

When peace is made between Meereen and Yunkai, a slave market is set up outside Meereen. Yezzan purchases several slaves, including Tyrion Lannister, Penny, and Jorah Mormont, and gives them to the charge of his henchman, Nurse.

Yezzan is one of the few Yunkai lords who wishes to honor the peace between Yunkai and Meereen. He dies of the pale mare that spread throughout the Yunkish siege lines, and several of his slaves use the opportunity to escape.
