Moise Aké is the late father of Nathan Aké.

He was an Ivory Coast native who later immigrated to the Netherlands. He was one of the important figures who shaped Nathan to be such an impactful player. As a manager of the VV Wilhelmus academy, he tutored his son to be a footballer.

Moise also worked as a teetotal. Before his passing on 15 September 2021, he had been ill for the past few weeks. He finally yielded to his illness and left Earth in the presence of his wife and his older son, Cedric, the day his younger son scored a brace in the champions league, he peacefully died.
