Who killed Russell Heller? New Jersey councilman shot to death near Franklin Township

On Wednesday, February 8, 51-year-old New Jersey councilman Russell Heller was supposedly killed by a previous representative, 58-year-old Gary Curtis.

As per ABC, the homicide happened at roughly 7 am in a parking garage outside the PSE&G Focal Division in Franklin Municipality. Specialists blamed Gary Curtis for moving toward Russell Heller outside the last’s vehicle prior to shooting him dead.

The New York Post detailed that 3 and a half hours after Heller’s homicide, examiners recuperated the suspect’s body in a parking garage in Bridgewater Municipality, where he was viewed dead based on what is accepted as a self-caused gunfire wound.
